Razorback Analytics Fellowship

The Razorback Analytics Fellowship invests in University of Arkansas students by preparing them for careers in data analytics. The fellowship offers juniors and seniors in analytics related degree programs hands-on experience working on real, complex data projects which support university operations.

Housed within the Department of Strategic Data and Process Innovation, Razorback Analytics fellows are employed part time by the University of Arkansas and collaborate with campus partners to design dashboards, develop reports, and deliver data-informed insights which matter.

Fellowship Application

The application process involves interviews with the fellowship manager
and the department operations director. Have your resume ready
along with any previous analytics work you would like to show.

What to Expect

Razorback Analytics fellows build practical, career-ready skills by working on real-world analytics projects. Fellows develop experience in areas such as:

Designing and building Power BI dashboards
Analyzing and transforming data to support decision making
Communicating with project stakeholders across campus
Translating data into clear, compelling stories and insights
 

Frequently Asked Questions

University of Arkansas students entering their junior or senior year may apply. Students must be enrolled in an analytics related degree program. 

As a University of Arkansas employee, fellows earn $15 an hour.

Fellows can work between 10-20 hours each week, depending on their schedules.
